found these odd specimens mounted to the engines on some ski
lifts. I'm not making this up!
This is most interesting because there is a whole separate
design just for them - different graphic, different fonts,
different stickers, etc. They're also flat, though the characters
appear to be stickers. All of the plates below are from Bolton
Valley (where I saw the 88 series in use), but I have seen
these at other ski areas with different numbers, all in the
00 00 format. |
